The immediate consequence: a $45 fee and a 45-day wait for a replacement, leaving her vital professional driving career in jeopardy as her licence nears expiration on August 30. “Everything is costing me,” Orme lamented, “and I haven’t even paid the renewal fee for the licence yet because I can’t get it.”

They state that reminders are dispatched 60 and 30 days prior to expiry, outlining required paperwork.
